The Colorado Real Estate Commission requires all real estate licensees to complete a Commission Update course annually. This class can be taken anytime during the 2025 calendar year, but it is recommended that you take it as early as possible since it covers important brokerage compliance, general practice issues, regulations, revisions on contracts/forms, and legislative changes.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EVENT CANCELLATION/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY (Adopted 5/1/19, wording revised May 2021)
ROCC reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, and closings due to severe weather. In the event of cancellation by the association, registered participants will be refunded fully for any paid class fee(s).
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation by a student will qualify for a full refund if requested no later than two full business days before the scheduled course date. If class cancellation is requested any later than 48 hours before class, no refund will be issued. Absentees will be charged for the full amount of the course.
Students may TRANSFER registration to another student if ROCC is notified by the registered student no later than noon on the business day prior to class.
Registrants may call 719-539-3381 or email info@rocc.realtor to request cancellation or the transfer of a seat.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: If a student arrives 10 minutes late or more to a CE-provided class, ROCC cannot issue CE credit. State regulations require a minimum number of instructional minutes; therefore, we cannot give CE credit to late arrivals.
If an exception to these policies is requested, the Professional Development workgroup will discuss the circumstances and decide on a case-by-case basis.
