Join us as we journey through the NAR Code of Ethics! The content will focus on the most commonly violated articles and will feature real-life scenarios to help attendees understand the legal jargon in a more practical manner. 

This class satisfies the NAR Code of Ethics training triennial requirement. 

Meet the Instructors: 

Damian Cox has practiced in the real estate industry for over 20 years, as a real estate broker for seven years, and then as an attorney. He has served on multiple Real Estate Commission committees and task forces and has worked closely with the Attorney General’s office and CAR drafting legislation. 

Scott Peterson is the General Counsel for the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR). Scott is an experienced real estate and business professional with an extensive background representing individuals and companies on a broad range of matters.
