Major FinCEN changes take effect March 1, 2026. Join ROCC and GCAR, in partnership with the Land Title Association of Colorado (LTAC), for a practical session designed for real estate professionals and title companies. 

This overview breaks down what’s changing, who must comply, when reporting is required, and how to implement the new rules with confidence. Attendees will gain clarity on FinCEN requirements, reporting obligations, penalties, and best practices, along with real-world scenarios to support a smooth transition.
