*BUENA VISTA* Code of Ethics class AND/OR Reading Between the (RED) Lines 2022

Description

Code of Ethics: One of the foundations of being a REALTOR® is the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. As a member, each REALTOR® must complete training in what the Code is, the various provisions, and how it works. The current three-year cycle is 1/1/2019 to 12/31/2021. Yep, if you haven’t taken this mandatory class within the current three-year cycle, now’s your opportunity. We are offering this in-person class in both Alamosa and Buena Vista. Please remember, you must have taken this course in order to maintain your association (ROCC) membership and services such as MLS and Supra access.


Reading Between the (RED) Lines 2022: Updates have been made to three of the Colorado Real Estate Commission standard contracts and forms, including the addition of four new contracts and forms related to the sale of a manufactured home, effective January 1, 2022. With this class, Reading Between the (RED) Lines 2022, you will hit the ground running! How? This class is presented by David Barber, 2014-2015 Colorado Association of REALTORS®, Chairman of the Board, and a 2016-2021 Member of the NAR Board of Directors. Most importantly, David sits on the Colorado Real Estate Commission Forms committee. David’s knowledge of the contract changes is very first hand!


Please note: Even though the registration page includes both Code of Ethics class AND Reading Between the (RED) Lines 2022 class, you may elect to register for only one class, and if you registered for only one class, because the registration page captures both classes, the headline of the confirmation email may appear that you registered for both.
