2026 Broker and Vendor Collaboration Fair

We’re excited to welcome you to the ROCC Vendor Fair on Thursday, February 26, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (MST) at the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Pavilion (Nathrop, CO).

Attendance is FREE for everyone! Whether you’re a REALTOR® or an industry partner, come network, learn, and discover new resources to support your business.

What you’ll find at the fair
You’ll meet vendors who work directly with real estate professionals, including (but not limited to):
Finance & Transaction Support (lenders, appraisers), Title, Legal & Compliance, Inspection & Due Diligence (home, septic, well), Construction, Trades & Maintenance (roofers, handymen), Property Services & Improvements, Marketing, Media & Technology (photography, marketing tools), Insurance & Risk Management, and Government, Planning & Community. And more — including several of our existing Industry Partners

Stop by booths to ask questions, make connections, and explore services. Some vendors may offer their own raffles, specials, or discounted pricing for attendees.

Food + fun built in: We’ll have appetizers available throughout the event!

Vendor Fair Bingo + ROCC Raffles: To keep things interactive, we’ll have a Vendor Fair Bingo Card: visit participating booths, have your card checked off, and turn it in for a chance to win ROCC’s raffles.

Prizes may include: Free ROCC classes, Massage sessions, Mt. Princeton restaurant gift cards / passes and Additional gift cards and surprises!
