2026 CREC Annual Commission Update

Description

Every year, the Division of Real Estate releases the required Annual Commission Update (ACU) course with topics the Division believes are important for brokers to know. This 4-hour mandatory course is necessary in order to maintain your license status. This course can be taken anytime during the 2026 calendar year; however, it is recommended that you take it as early in the year as possible, since it covers important brokerage compliance and general practice issues, as well as rule, contract, and legislative changes. 

This class is in partnership with COX Education.

CE: To receive CE credits, you must: have video capability, have a video on, and be visible for the duration of the class. You may not drive, show homes, or participate in any distractions during class. Those who fail to follow these guidelines will not receive CE credits.
