Land use and zoning regulations across Chaffee County continue to evolve — and not always on the same timeline. To help ROCC members stay informed and reduce uncertainty when advising clients, ROCC is hosting an in-person planning and zoning update featuring local planning and municipal leadership.

This session is designed to provide high-level context, highlight recent changes currently in effect, and outline what professionals should be paying attention to moving forward — directly from the source.
